Lore’s will ship orders supplied after 12 pm EST on the following business day. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in order to ensure minimal time in transit.

We keep an eye on the temperature. If the temperature is predicted to be above 70 degrees, we'll ship your chocolates on ice to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. Ice packs included in your shipment are intended to melt in transit, maintaining a safe and suitable temperature for chocolate.

Our products are manufactured in a facility that uses peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, milk, and eggs. To ensure product quality, please keep chocolates stored in a cool place at or below 68˚F.
